PERSONAL TRAINING
PRIVATE SBBS STUDIO GYM, LOCATED ON THE GOLD COAST
Join me for a 1-on-1 or duo personal training session at my private SBBS studio gym located on Isle of Capri, Gold Coast. The SBBS studio gym is fully equipped with a Squat Rack, Bench Press, Deadlift Station, Olympic Plates/Bumpers, Pull Up Bar, Free Weights - extensive range of Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Incline Bench, Swiss/Medicine/Dead Balls and a range of Resistance/Booty Bands. Every session is unique to each individual client and ranges from strength/conditioning, technique/form sessions, HIIT, pre/post natal training or power lifting coaching. I also offer online coaching services, which accounts for the majority of my clients. My online SBBS clients have personalised training and/or nutrition coaching programs, accessed via the SBBS app - you can find out more about this here.

1-ON-1 POLE TRAINING
Learn a new trick or a perfect a pole routine!

One-on-one pole coaching is perfect if your need assistance unlocking a trick, for form/technique correction, building strength or learning a sexy new pole routine.

DOUBLES
TRAINING

Doubling up with your parent, sibling, partner or friend is a perfect way to receive personalised training at a more affordable price and receive that extra little bit of motivation from your training buddy.

PRE/POST NATAL TRAINING
Women's health accredited trainer!

One-on-one personal training session tailored to your stage of pregnancy. The session will be adapted to any pre/postnatal contraindications you may be facing.

1-on-1 session is hosted at the SBBS private gym on the Gold Coast.

Session will cover pelvic floor, abdominal seperation and Tranversus Abdominis awareness and will be tailored to your stage of pre/post pregnancy and will be adapted to any pregnancy and postnatal contraindications you may be facing.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Motivating group environment!

For small groups of up to 4x people, this is a great affordable way to receive tailored training in a motivating group environment. Grab your buddies and lets get training.

POWER LIFTING TRAINING
Learn to lift like a pro!
​
One-on-one strength session will focus on the three major lifts in power lifting, including; Barbell Squat, Barbell Deadlift (Conventional/Romanian and Sumo) and the Barbell Bench Press.
