COACH: SARAH BASS

HI there, I'm Sarah and my passion is coaching (women in particular) how to get strong, gain confidence in the gym, incorporate resistance/weight training regularly into their lives, level up their training ability and also educating on the fundamentals of flexible dieting/nutrition, to ensure a healthy relationship with food, forever!
 

I've been involved in the health and fitness industry for well over 10-years.  I've been a competitive gymnast, triathlete, aerialist, fitness/figure bodybuilder, adventure racer, runner, avid hiker and pole dancing instructor and have valued every experience.  Each sport/hobby I've participated in has contributed to a greater personal understanding of training, fitness and nutrition practices, which I enjoy passing on to my clients.

I'm not into quick fixes, fast weight loss, 6, 8, 12-challenges or fitness/diet fads, I'm into creating long term, consistent results that will change my clients lives forever.  Health and fitness is a never-ending adventure, therefore my aim is to work on helping my clients to continue progressing and improving in their own personal health and fitness journeys.

I offer Face-to-Face Personal Training services on the Gold Coast for solos, duos and small groups.  Every session is unique and incorporates a combination of resistance training and cardio/HIIT.  I am a certified Level One Power Lifting Coach and am very passionate about teaching women how to lift correctly and get strong.  I am also a certified Pre/Post Natal trainer and love working with women throughout their Pre/Post Pregnancy journeys.  If Face-to-Face training is not suitable for you, I offer Online Coaching/Nutrition services, which accounts for the majority of my clients. My online SBBS clients have personalised training and/or nutrition coaching programs, accessed via the SBBS app.

  • Pole Fitness/Dance Certified Instructor

  • Pole-Ates (Pole/Pilates) Certified Instructor

  • Aerial Angels Circus Pro Course Certificate

  • Bachelor of Business - Major in Marketing/HRM & Management (Griffith University)

  • IFBB/ICN/WBFF/INBA Pro Sports Model - I have experienced them all and can offer advice, not coaching.
