ONLINE COACHING SERVICES

THE SBBS APP IS USED FOR COACHING ACROSS AUSTRALIA AND THE WORLD!

The SBBS Online Coaching Mobile App was developed in 2019 to cater to clients whom lived far away, were unable to train face-to-face or for those clients who were confident following a personalised program for use at home or in the gym.  The SBBS App is the most popular service of SBBS, with clients stretching throughout Australia and across the World.  The SBBS App includes a range of amazing features, which is why the majority of the original SBBS clients are still using the app today!  Some of these wonderful features include;

 

  • Progress tracking to record body statistics/measurements, before/after photos, exercise/weight progress, training and nutrition compliance and habits/goals.

  • Instructional videos for all programmed exercises.

  • Calorie/macronutrient tracking, synced with MyFitnessPal.

  • Step tracking, synced with Fitbit.

  • Personalised training calendar, which features programmed workouts, calorie/macro targets and habits/goals.

  • Two-way messaging to discuss any concerns or for any program-related questions.

ONLINE COACHING & NUTRITION

6-Week Program Blocks
(option to opt out after the first block)

How it works:

​

Step 1: You will have an initial consultation with me, either face-to-face or via email to discuss your goals, exercise history and any injuries/concerns.
 

Step 2: You will be sent a 'Welcome to SBBS' email, with instructions to set up your SBBS account via the SBBS app.

 

Step 3:  When you set up your account, you will also be asked to fill in an online consultation form. This form will ask you specific training questions and preferences, so I can design a program perfect for you!  You will also be asked to fill in an online Australian PEQ (pre-exercise questionnaire), so I am aware of any injuries or existing/current health issues.

Step 4: You are all done! I will get to work on your personalised program and calories/macronutrient split and your SBBS profile will be set up with the following;

  • Your account will be set up with your personalised training program. Each program block is unique.

  • Your program will include instructional workout videos for all exercises set in your program.

  • Your program will include your individual exercise reps, sets and weights pre-determined by me based on your training history and will be monitored and updated weekly to ensure you are progressing.

  • Your program will include your individual macronutrient and calorie targets, synced with MyFitnessPal and will include any macronutrient and calorie adjustments that may be required throughout your program.

  • Your account will include beginner SBBS macronutrient tracking guidelines with tips and tricks to track effectively.

  • Your account will include your personalised training calendar, which will feature your programmed workouts, calorie/macro tracking, daily/weekly habits and goals and rest days.

  • Your account will include Body Statistics tracking; weight, measurements and before/after photo’s to compare your progress and journey.

  • Your account has two-way messaging, so you can message me anytime with any questions you have regarding your program.

  • Your account will monitor all of your workouts and progress for accountability. Completed workouts, personal bests, nutrition targets, body statistics are all recorded.

  • Your account will include a daily/weekly 'Goals' and 'Habits' section for both your exercise/nutrition goals/habits and your mental health/self care goals/habits.

  • Weekly email check in with Sarah.

  • Access to SBBS Strong Society Facebook group, with regular invitations to group adventures, including hiking and social outings.

12-WEEK GENERIC COACHING

3x Unique 4-Week Program Blocks
(12-Weeks Total)

How it works:

​

Step 1: You will have an email consultation with me to discuss your goals, exercise history, any injuries/concerns you have and to record your body measurements and photos.
 

Step 2: You will choose between a 12-week generic SBBS home-based or gym-based program.

 

Step 3:  You will be sent a 'Welcome to SBBS' email, with instructions to set up your SBBS account via the SBBS app.

 

Step 4:  When you set up your account, you will also be asked to fill in an online Australian PEQ (pre-exercise questionnaire), so I am aware of any injuries or existing/current health issues.

​

Step 4: You are all done! Your first of three, 4-week generic program blocks will be uploaded to your SBBS profile with access to the following;

  • Your program includes instructional workout videos for all exercises set in your program, home or gym based.

  • Your program exercise reps and sets will be pre-determined by me, however your weights will be based on an RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion scale) detailed in your program, based on the weights accessible to you.

  • Your account will include your personalised training calendar, which will feature your programmed workouts, daily/weekly habits and goals and rest days. These can be moved to suit your own schedule.

  • Your account will include Body Statistics tracking; weight, measurements and before/after photo’s to compare your progress and journey.

  • Your account monitors all of your workouts and progress for accountability.  Completed workouts, personal bests and body statistics are all recorded.

  • Your account will include a daily/weekly 'Goals' and 'Habits' section for both your exercise/nutrition goals/habits and your mental health/self care goals/habits that you can add yourself.

  • Access to SBBS Strong Society Facebook group, with regular invitations to group adventures, including hiking and social outings.

POLE STRENGTH COACHING

4-Week Program Block
Option to continue on a monthly basis

How it works:

​

Step 1: You will have an email consultation with me to discuss your goals, pole history, any injuries/concerns you have and to record your body measurements and photos (if you like).

​

Step 2: You will be sent a 'Welcome to SBBS' email, with instructions to set up your SBBS account via the SBBS app.

 

Step 3:  When you set up your account, you will also be asked to fill in an online Australian PEQ (pre-exercise questionnaire), so I am aware of any injuries or existing/current health issues.

​

Step 5: You are all done! I will get to work on your personalised pole strength/conditioning program and your SBBS profile will be set up with the following;

  • Your account will be set up with your personalised training program. Each program block is unique.

  • Your program includes instructional workout videos for all exercises set in your program.

  • Your program will include your individual exercise reps, sets and weights pre-determined by me based on your training history and will be monitored and updated weekly to ensure you are progressing.

  • Your account will include your personalised training calendar, which will feature your programmed workouts, calorie/macro tracking, daily/weekly habits and goals and rest days.

  • Your account will include Body Statistics tracking; weight, measurements and before/after photo’s to compare your progress and journey.

  • Your account has two-way messaging, so you can message anytime with any questions you have regarding your program.

  • Your account monitors all of your workouts and progress for accountability.  Completed workouts, personal bests and body statistics are all recorded.

NUTRITION COACHING ONLY

4-Week Program Block
(option to opt out after the first block)

How it works:

​

Step 1: You will have an initial consultation with me, either face-to-face or email to discuss your goals, nutrition history.
 

Step 2: You will be given a lesson on MyFitnessPal and you will receive an SBBS guide on macronutrient  and calorie tracking.

 

Step 3: You will be sent a 'Welcome to SBBS' email, with instructions to set up your SBBS account via the SBBS app. When you set up your account, you will also be asked to fill in an online consultation form and an Australian PEQ (pre-exercise questionnaire), so I am aware of any existing/current health issues.

​

Step 4: You are all done! I will get to work on calculating your calorie/macronutrient split and will upload the following information into your SBBS profile;

  • Your account will be set up with your personalised macronutrient and calorie targets, synced with MyFitnessPal via the SBBS App to ensure you are hitting your goals.

  • Your program and will include any macronutrient and calorie adjustments that may be required throughout your program.

  • Your account will include beginner SBBS macronutrient tracking guidelines with tips and tricks to track effectively.

  • Your account will include your personalised training calendar, which will feature your calorie/macro tracking and your daily/weekly habits and goals.

  • Your account will include Body Statistics tracking; weight, measurements and before/after photo’s to compare your progress and journey.

  • Your account has two-way messaging, so you can message anytime with any questions you have regarding your program.

  • Your account will include a daily/weekly 'Goals' and 'Habits' section for both your exercise/nutrition goals/habits and your mental health/self care goals/habits.
